Replicare Ultra consists of a layer of hydrocolloid (liquid absorbing particles in an elastic, self-adhesive mass), covered on the upper side by a semi-permeable polyurethane film. The thin and light construction of Replicare Ultra conforms well to patient’s contours. Replicare Ultra is easy to use, even in awkward areas such as the heel, toes and sacrum. Good absorbency and high permeability, making it ideal for light to moderately exuding wounds. Breathable backing film helps to create and maintain a moist wound environment to promote faster healing and, allows moisture to pass through the structure to manage exudate.
